Hansika Motwani, who started her Bollywood career as a child artist but failed to capitalise on that, is trying to make it big in Tamil cinema now, with her latest project Oru Kal Oru Kannadi.Hansika is romancing producer Udhayanidhi Stalin, who is debuting as an actor in this movie. Director Rajesh M, who has given films like Siva Manasula Sakthi and Boss Engira Baskaran, claims that Hansika and Udhayanidhi chemistry will be a hit among cine lovers. Hansika herself is quite excited about the whole project. “I am quite happy to have an opportunity to work with a director like Rajesh M”, the actress was quoted as saying. According to her, “I am playing a very different character. It's going to be one of the best roles of my career.” Hansika's sizzling appearance in the movie is hogging headlines more than anything else. Oru Kal Oru Kannadi is Hansika's fourth Tamil movie. According to reports, she has been signed in another Tamil film He... The Only One. The movie has been named after a hit song from Rajesh M's debut film Siva Manasula Sakthi. Oru Kal Oru Kannadi is currently in its production stage. Adding to the star power is Santhanam, who brings his superb comic timing to the movie. The movie is slated to release this July.
