Ben Affleck attended the Annual 'Gimme Shelter' Christmas Benefit in West Hollywood, California yesterday evening along with human rights activist Rose Mapendo. It's always heart warming when people gather together to remind us all what being 'human' is all about.
While this isn't related, I've been watching 'Secret Millionaire' and I have to admit it's really affecting me. It's so easy to turn a blind's eye to problems just a few feet away from where you live. While my town if fine, a few miles away there are people suffering in poverty. Bill and I are actually looking into what we can do for our "neighbors" this week. Every bit helps.
